Bosworth Estates Ltd is a small property investment company
which specialises in redundant farmyard building conversions
into class B1 workshops and offices in the Cotswolds.
Such is the demand for small units between 150 and 800 sq ft
that all its sites are currently full and have a waiting list.
Unfortunately waiting for a vacancy can be boring so we have
provided Chickencam for your
entertainment, which gives a flavour of the rural setting of the
sites.
While every attempt is made to ensure tenants' comfort and
convenience, swallow and swift nesting sites are given a high
priority and bat roosts are guarded jealously. Bosworth Estates
is proud of its sensitive developments which merge into their
